Hiking to Poso azul

It is located at 70 Km from Baracoa city in the easternmost municipality of cuba whic is named Maisí. It has 9 km of longitude and a duration of 6 hours. During the hike the guide is going to explain about the natural values and historical-cultural of the area. There you will observe a representation of the campestral landscape of Maisí. Crossing for punta de Maisí community with the presence of typical farmer’s house, surrounding of some medicinal herbs and some feedings such as:coffee, banana,zapote,abocado and papaya. Further on you will be inside to the forest where you will go through a coast line side, here you will see different species of flora as for example Cagüairán, Najesí, Guayabillo,Caoba, lots of kind of cactus and some other one growing in this region. Related to the fauna there is going to be a high chance to see one of the most beautiful lizard and snails living all over the world, lots of King of butterflies and many kind of birds susch as cuban tody, cuban trogon, green Wood pecker and many other can be watched. After some hours walking and enjoying you will get to ‘‘Poso Azul’’place that invites you to swim and taking some pictures to rememberit and showing to your friend and family. This natural pool is one of the most clear water that human eyes have seen before. You are going to have a relaxing time of two hours and then you will go to have a creole lunch. Afterwards you will go to Yumuri river to have a relaxing boat trip and a swimming time in a very nice  fresh water pool and finishing the day we will visit a place in which a family of farmers make the process of chocolate where you will try organic and hundred percent chocolate.
